Died on 2 July 2025 at the age of 93 years.

Fr. Michael was in failing health in recent years. He died peacefully at St. Theresa’s Nursing Unit, SMA House, Blackrock Road, Cork on 2nd July 2025, aged
93 years.
The funeral mass took place of on Saturday, 5th July 2025.
